Very nice resort.

I purchased a couple of nights in this resort for my sister as a birthday present. She had such a good time. The place is beautiful , it has amazing sunsets, big rooms, a big swimming pool, spa, and a good continental breakfast. It is the right place to relax. Next time I will try it for myself.

El lugar es muy lindo gracias al entorno y la ubicación. Es ideal para ir en pareja para una escapada. Me decepcionó la falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Se nota que está dejado hace varios años. Sin embargo, tanto el servicio como la comida fueron excelentes.

Beautiful peaceful retreat. Room was lovely with amazing view. Definitely needs some property maintenance . We arrived 3 am after 3 long flights from Canada and Jonathan on desk at that time was awesome and had us in our room immediately! Will come again!

Hermosos paisajes, instalaciones antiguas.

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada. Las vistas hacia la Laguna del Sauce y Punta del Este son espectaculares. La infraestructura del hotel es antigua y es evidente la necesidad de inversión para actualizar las instalaciones, habitaciones, caminería interna, etc. El personal muy correcto y servicial. La limpieza de la habitación estaba correcta.

Pasamos muy bien. Cuando reserve recibi un mail donde me avisaban que podía usar la piscina, la habitación tendría chimenea y habría masajes a la habitación. La piscina no estaba habilitada, la habitación no tenía chimenea y tampoco había masajes a la habitación

Un hermoso lugar muy mal mantenido

Muy desmejorado, falta de mantenimiento por donde se mire. Paredes con humedad, descascaradas, las reposeras apiladas desprolijas en un costado, la piscina aunque no se use deberían tenerla limpia. El spa con protocolo y horario podría estar abierto. La limpieza es buena y el entorno y las vistas inmejorables. Una pena que un lugar tan bello esté tan poco cuidado.

El lugar y el personal son realmente fantásticos! Anabella, Marcelo, Maria: un amor. Si bien es entenfible que hsy poco movimiento entre semana al permanecer cerrados, sugiero prestar mas atención a limpieza de baños (pisos, manparas, ducha, artefactos)
