No bandaid anywhere ( We asked at different lobbies, the pharmacy but nothing )
Most staff are super serious, won't even say hi or good morning
Need more options for snacks that aren't deep fried , something other than hot dogs/hamburgers
One lady working at the grill snack next to the pool was super rude ro my husband when he asked if she could please warm up the bun for his hamburger for a minute (she rolled her eyes )
People smoking everywhere .... there should be designated areas for it.
Cleanliness of rooms was average, if not below average as some areas in the shower were moldy and one of my pillows smelled bad, so I had to set it aside .
Rooms are outdated and basic for a 5 star hotel.
Food was okay at the buffet but on one occasion it wasnt even hot .
