My sister and I stayed 7 night and 7 days at this resort. When we first arrived, they didn’t have proof of our booking and weren’t very nice to us about it. We pulled up the booking on our end and they then took us inside and printed off room cards for us, and told us to sit and wait for our bell boy to take us to our room. We waited 30 minutes before a staff member came back to us and asked us what we were waiting on. He informed us our bell boy had left us already and we needed to find the way to our room, which was fine. We experienced the same thing leaving, where the bell boy said he would pick our luggage up at 9:30 am for us. We stopped in our room at 9:40 for a final walk through and nothing had been picked up so we took our luggage up ourselves which again wasn’t a big deal but it is advertised and we were told they were going to do something they didn’t. The house keeper did not clean our room daily. Our floors were dirty after the first day because we went on a buggy tour and she never cleaned the floors. I also cut myself and got blood in the bed, and we left for a day trip and when we came back that night our bed had been made and when I pulled back the blankets the bloody sheets were still on the bed. One afternoon, we were napping on the patio, the housekeeper came out on the patio to grab the trash and I woke up. She said hi to me and I said hi back and laid back down. After about an hour I decided to go in, and I went to the door and she had locked us out.

We had a swim up room and my adult kids had a regular room. They are both identical except for the swim up part. Both were very nice. This was my second time staying at the same resort. A few restaurants I did Not enjoy, but overall, food is excellent. We had VIP and the turn down service completely stopped half way through, but whatever. I’m easy going. Hace mucho tiempo quería visitar este hotel, pero lamentablemente la experiencia no fue la mejor. Desde la llegada recibimos información incorrecta sobre los restaurantes, ya que muchos estaban cerrados aunque nos dijeron que estaban abiertos. En varios restaurantes nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo pese a que había muchas mesas disponibles; incluso en el de langosta esperamos cerca de media hora con el lugar prácticamente vacío, lo que demuestra falta de personal o mala organización. El personal en general parecía desorientado y poco adiestrado. Viajábamos con una persona con poca movilidad y, por la mala orientación del personal, terminamos dando muchas vueltas innecesarias. La silla de ruedas que nos ofrecieron estaba en malas condiciones y con moho. En la suite, los amenities como el body shower y los gorritos nunca fueron rellenados durante las tres noches que estuvimos. Además, el aire acondicionado se apagaba cada 30 minutos por un supuesto timer, lo que dificultó dormir. A pesar de llamar al servicio, tardaron casi una hora y el problema nunca se resolvió. Aunque el hotel tiene potencial, necesitan mejorar significativamente la organización, la capacitación del personal y la calidad del servicio para estar a la altura de lo que prometen.

Pool was small compared to what the description stated. The rooms have yellow baseboards because water leaks. The pillows are horrible, you have to chase down room service to clean your room. Food is trash, literally frozen food in an air fryer. Staff wasn’t very welcoming, and seemed bothered when working or if you asked them a question. For the price it definitely isn’t worth it.

I had such a great stay. All of the staff, from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left were all so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff specifically made my stay extraordinary! I took a solo trip, but Kayla, Carlos, Dariel, Yari, Aris, and many more made me feel so comfortable and left me with memories that will last a lifetime. There were so many activities that the entertainment staff put together that added to my experience; from painting, dance lessons, yoga, there were several activities offered. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone else

Very wonderful and friendly staff from the moment you get onto the property. Rooms clean, all areas of resort clean. Food variety was a plus as well. Will diffently be returning.

Everything was great! Just didn’t like the fact the pools closes at 7p and that included your swim up pool as well, we’re all adults, we’re not children! We should be able to take a late night swim if we want, especially in our own swim up pool.

Staff was excellent. Room was great. AC dont work sometimes. BASMATI was highlight of stay it has best food compare to all other choices. Spice was also great. Tried agave, magna and some other restaurants. None were worth going again. All bars are great. Breakfast buffet was decent. Need to change menu little bit in breakfast buffet. It is same everyday. Rest all restaurants offering breakfast have similar menu. Getting excellence club membership was not worth it except for MANGA restaurant. Food from room service was terrible but its available 24/7.

My stay was great , everyone was nice , and helpful. I felt very safe as a sole traveler , but i wish it was more activities. The room service food could definitely be better. Property was beautiful and peaceful.

This is a fairly newer respect that is just beautiful. The beach was serene, the food was great but the staff!! Amazing people. Charlie did a great job setting us up with drink on the beach. Minerva and Ivanelsea were just such friendly faces to see daily at breakfast and dinner! The spa was simply the most serene I have felt in a long time and we loved the couples massage! The Excellence Club is the at to go. The food and drinks were so worth it! We will be back!
