It was not worth the money I paid.

It was in a very weird neighborhood, and it was dark. The AC would have the corner of the room full of water, and the air quality was not cool at all. The room wad 55 dollars a night and with the fees and taxes it came out to 88 dollars and that room for 1 night was not worth that money.

Room wasn't clean when we checked in. Was told there was free beach shuttle. There isn't. Not the best neighborhood. Far from everything. Restaurant was not good. Hotel itself was very hot but room had good air conditioning.

When we got there the room was not ready. We waited about 1/2 hr which is not bad. Staff should smile more . the young lady in the kitchen is very nice. She deserves a raise. The mangu foe breakfast had way too much buttwr they should just make it more organic and not put so much grease. Coffee was good. My joyfriend had the grilled sandwich and was good. Pool was clean. Love the harden and the plants. Love the ambiance. Not much to do around the hotel but good place to sleep in peace. Will come again.

Dirtiest , bad smell room, way far from beach

When I got to the hotel I check the room before I check inn.Room was very dirty,bad smell, hotrl location is on a very dangerous part of town , on a bare dirt road, way far from any beach.I decided not to check in the hotel and the hotel still charge me for two nights.Thats an illegal charge.I contact them and they did not want to refund me. I travel around the world and that was the Worst Hotel that I ever seen...! Orbitz should not do any booking on this hotel

É preciso colocar fotos da área ao redor do hotel para que o hóspede tenha a noção exata do ambiente. O café dá manhã é bem restrito. A gerente Eva é muito agradável e atenciosa.

Nice Stay

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating, both front desk and dining room. Balcony overlooking garden was nice. The air conditioning needs some work....did not cool the room, and the morning shower was lukewarm.

hy dear,

when i came to hotel primaveral on dec.29th 2016 around 4pm i stay 2-3 hours to get answer from staff and they told everything is full/no room for me tonight/ i meet with some menager and later around 7pm some person drove to another durty hotel but paid from my pocket $ 40 cash to stay 1 night.next day from primaveral sent car who pick up and i get room with not good at all condition ,TV sometimes work,bathroom was l terible also first night i saw big bug/bee/ black one inside bathroom,i try to kiled but those was so fast. 3 rd night that animal was at my bed,i chase again but didn,t catch.after week stay i became friend with young boy who work at front desk i told him inside room had a big black animal who bite me when i slept night time and that boy Ricardo moved me last 4-5 night to second floor to other hotel room. even with that problem i left small tip to personal each day when i stay.

Horrible hotel!

1)They couldn't find our reservation. 2)Wanted to charge us 3x the amount when we arrived 3)The restaurant attached only served hamburgers, french fries and fish which wasn't even edible 4)scary area and nothing close was open 5)we were the only ones in the hotel 6)asked for refund for one of the two days we agreed too and they refused to refund our money and charged us 3 different times.

Not recommend

Place was filthy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was ok, hit or miss depending on the person. Bathtub was disgusting, had to shower with antibacterial after showering. Shower had tiny maggots at one point. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. I've never experienced such a thing in my life. I thought I was in a third world country.

Well, I and my beautiful girlfriend spent there one day, and we didn't regret. The place is quiet and nice environment. Cozy and convinient if you don't want to spend lots of bucks.

Close to the beach

I enjoyed my stay. It was worth the price I paid. The location is 10mins from the beach; however they provide free shuttle bus to the beach. The staff are nice; especially the manager. There were some language barrier but she want above and beyond to communicate effectively. In-door poor Available. Walking distance to a shopping store and food.
