When traveling abroad, it is reassuring to know a physical person is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

**NOTE** - Electric consumption is not included in the rental rate and an Electric meter reading is taken at check in and at check out and is to be paid upon check out. The electric is very dependent on the use of the AC's and can be anywhere roughly from around 2.00 - 15.00 per day and can be self-monitored daily.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Location is perfect with 4 nearby beach-bar-restaurant accessible all within a 5-minute drive from the villa AND another 6-minutes the El Cortecito area where you’ll find a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a sports bar w/ billiard table, a bakery, and shops. Other plazas nearby collectively offer even more dining options, spas, cash exchange, gym, laundromat and more. Only a 5-minute drive to other amenities like 30+ other restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, other golf courses! An 8-minute drive brings you to San Juan Shopping Mall. Here you'll find a grand supermarket, several brand name stores and lots of restaurants, Pizza Hut, Caribbean Cinemas movie theater and more. Easy public bus transportation from Cocotal available. There are 9 additional championship golf courses just a 5-45-minute drive away.
Getting around:
We can offer round trip airport transportation for USD$ 40.00 one way for up to 4 adults. Inquire on pricing for additional people or grocery stops. Ask us about car/scooter rentals. Public Transportation is about $1 USD per person each way and buses come every 20 minutes approx. Buses do NOT enter Cocotal.
