Room was great, our butler Jose Miguel was incredible and made our trip effortless from dinner reservations to room being stocked and transfers all amazing. The food was great with the stand out being the steakhouse. Danny, Steven and Omar at the lazy river bar were especially great and attentive. Nice pools and lazy river. Clean rooms, although face cloths and hand towels were hit and miss. Received only one face cloth a total of about 3-4 times in an 11 day stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice view of pool area from balcony. Lots of dining options, nightly entertainment.
