One of the best views in the community. This condo is on second floor, with a double wide balcony. Enjoy the breeze and those views! The balcony offers dining area, sunloungers, and sofa lounging set, views over the ocean side pool and onto the beach, this is where you will spend all your time. Indoors, the condo is completely renovated (September 2021). Modern Coastal themed. Brand new top of the line appliances, even a dishwasher to enhance the bespoke blue solid wood kitchen, and quartz countertops. Fashionable furnishings in whites, blues and golds. Theres a 65" Smart TV in the living area, and all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs in various sizes. The best fiber optic internet available for you with speeds of 100mbps for those who need to be on a workcation....theres even a work desk in the living area. This condo is the perfect size for large families, or even groups of friends. If you are looking for a condo with everything brand spanking new, style, comfort, and fabulous views, then this is the one for you. It is prime position within the community with double wide balcony for entertaining.
Electricity is not included. You pay what you use. Meter will be witnessed at check-in and again at check-out. The condo has screens on all windows and doors/ceiling fans in every room to make the most of the trade-winds breeze. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

We had a comfortable stay at Playa Turquesa L202. The location and view were hard to beat. The beach in front of Playa Tirquesa on some days had a lot of Sargrass but we found if we walked down to the left just past the pier the water was lovely. We loved the El Corcetico area with its little grocery store and abundance of restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean but not as fully renovated as we expected from the description(bathrooms are close to original and old grout makes showers look dirty)The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the extra wide veranda. The kitchen was well equipped. Our biggest issue concerned the bbq. We had planned on using it a lot for cooking meals in and found that it did not heat up properly. We contacted Elizabeth the property manager and she arranged for a new propane tank to see if that was the problem. Nope. She finally agreed that we needed a new bbq but gave no info on timing. She then did not respond to our polite messages for an update for 3 days. After 7 days without a useable bbq we reluctantly contacted VRBO for help. They were great and we suddenly had a new bbq within hours.

It was wonderful!! Location was great, 3 min walk to the beach and Liz was amazing!! Liz took care of our transfers to and from the airport and met us there when we arrived at the condo to go over everything. Master bedroom had a pedestal fan which was so appreciated. My only suggestion would be pedestal fans in the other two bedrooms and maybe foam toppers for the beds, my family thought they were a little firm. LolWhen you walk down to the beach the guys down there bent over backwards to find us chairs and make sure we had everything we needed. Across the street you have a small grocery store, pharmacy, a casino, several restaurants and bars. Castaways across the street from the entrance had the best drinks, Dalia had the best breakfast, and we had an amazing dinner at Citrus, both of those are right around the corner. We had such a good time in the Dominican and definitely recommend!!

This condo was very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the view and breezes we got from the balcony. We couldn't swim in the ocean much because of the sargassum, so we swam at the two large pools. There are many restaurants just outside of the complex and it was easy to catch an uber. Liz was a wonderful host. She was always there if you needed anything. I would suggest to the owner to invest in decent bath towels and fix the patio door.

Paradise in Punta Cana

Liz was a sweetheart. She organized our transportation to and from the airport. She also gave us great recommendations for places to eat. The condo was beautiful and the location to restaurants and little supermarket were only a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked if you’d like to cook. We visited during off season so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Some days we were the only ones at the pool. The one disappointment was the seaweed on our beach and in the water which unfortunately happens during this time of year. We did take day trips to other beaches where the seaweed wasn’t an issue. We did have some issue with the A/C but Liz was great about getting someone over to fix it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.

I would come back in a heartbeat

We were a group of 5 people that stayed at this location and it was perfect. From the check-in process to check-out, Liz was an awesome host. She was always available and ready to answer any question we had without issue. The property felt secure as there was always security personnel walking the grounds.The on-site bar/restaurant has great options and excellent people working there. We enjoyed it so much that we made a stop there everyday! All in all, as the title states, I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. 5 out of 5 stars.

amazing 3 bedroom condo on beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Turquesa. The condo/grounds were immaculate. I did not encounter 1 bug(amazing). Beds were comfortable and the deck was huge with plenty of comfortable seating and 2 lounge chairs. The view of the water and the breezes on the deck( I miss it) along with no mosquitos. The beach was cleaned for sargassum(raked) at least 2 times a day. The beach bar was great(we ate breakfast there every day). Drinks and food were always good. The security on the property was top notch(24 hours and always felt secure). The area had so many restaurants,bars,band and karoake. We always felt safe walking around the area. We ate out every night and no one got ill. I highly recommend the property. The property manager-Liz-is amazing. She will answer any questions promptly and is available at any time. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say. If you want to experience the Domincan culture and do not want to do an All Inclusive, I highly suggest to just go and ENJOY!!! When I go back I am going to try to learn a little more Spanish(the translation app helps tho)PS-They also have a filtered water system in the condo along with having a water filter(with the big bottles of water) for your use. We also took uber's a couple of times and felt very safe!Thanks Liz for everything and hopefully we will see you soon!!!

Spacious home for our group of 5

We stayed 7 days (3 adults, 2 kids) and the condo was a great fit for us. It is as pictured, rooms and furniture are spacious and comfortable, balcony is an easy and shady place to relax and eat outside. Host was always responsive and available. Small grocery a block away has what you need, and Napoli is great Italian food next door.

Amazing Location

I don’t know where to start. Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect, everyone had their own room and space, the views were beautiful, the beach was amazing and the kids had so much fun in the pool. Liz was absolutely amazing and professional to work with, she helped with every step of the way! From pickup at the airport, any little thing she would always respond quickly and resolve whatever was needed to drop off at the airport as well. We did cook most nights and ventured out a few times and the restaurants were so good! We went to the restaurant on the beach often, Kats Corner, La Bruja and Citrus. Everything was so good! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the terrace looking at the water every morning. We will miss that view! We look forward to coming back next year and venturing out more trying new places!

Paradise Perfect

This was so beautiful and wonderful and made our trip to paradise perfect! The location can't beat in regards to the pool, beach, neighborhood, everything. The staff are awesome and so helpful and Liz will make sure you have everything you need! She'll meet you there to make sure you get the lay of the land and is just a phone call or text away. She also helped us with transportation to and from the airport and made sure we knew what spots to hit outside of Playa Turquesa. We felt we got all of the luxuries of being at a hotel resort but instead we had a private oasis with the other residents of the small condo community. Couldn't ask for anything better. We will back!

Playa Turquesa Family Vacation June 2024

I cannot say enough positive things about our recent vacation at Playa Turquesa Ocean Club Condos June 17th - 24th. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The location of the condo on the property is perfect, close to the pools and only steps to the beach. We found the unit to be very clean and in perfect working order and that porch with that view - simply amazing! It was so nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each guest/couple. This allowed family time as well as private time for all. We were able to walk to many restaurants during out stay (Kats, Napoli, Guacamole, Zoho and the beach restaurant were our favorites). Nothing beats a fresh cappucino and french toast on the beach each morning. We found the staff on the property and the beach restaurant to be friendly and attentive - always greeting us with a smile and kind word for the day. It was also very nice to have the 24 hour security for that extra sense of wellness, although we never felt the need for them and felt very safe walking around during the day and night. The best part of this entire experience was Liz! I read so many reviews raving about her and believe me they are all TRUE - what a true gem! From my initial contact at booking, pre-visit questions, arranging airport transfers, greeting us upon arrival, providing suggestions for restaruants, tours and atm locations and making checkin and check out such an easy enjoyable process she truely ensured we felt appreciate!

This unit was just as described. The view is beautiful, the unit is well cared for and lacking nothing. We ate at Pro bar at the beach every day at least once. All of the people we spoke with were lovely and kind. Liz was so helpful and set us up with the correct people for the excursions we did. Scape park was really fun as well as the family catamaran trip. It was easy to grab what we needed from the market across the street and we had Pizza Napoli from around the corner twice! We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Liz met us on the day of check in and explained how the logistics (AC, safe, TV, and general rules) of the condo worked; I have stayed in other VBROs and the manager/owner did not meet me at the check in so this was a pleasant surprise!!! The beach restaurant was great, food and music were terrific!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as a little grocery store. Felt very safe, security at the entrance gate and security at the gate from the beach to the property. Slight issue with description, saying the property is beachfront. It's actually beach view, short walk to the beach. However, this was not a big deal, at all.

Holiday Blessings

Everything and I do mean everything was above and beyond what we expected! The condo, amenities and location were fabulous! Suoer clean and comfortable as well. We are huge football fans and were able to see all of the NFL games on a wonderful television. ALL restaurants where we ate were great and the book in the condo gave excellent recommendations and we found a few on our own. The View was absolute heaven and we also enjoyed Siete. The security and beach workers, went out if their way to assist us with anything we needed. We also had beach massages by Evelyn, right on our chairs and she was awesome, deep tissue for my husband and softer for me, perfection!!! Lastly, Liz is everything that we heard from others, professional, friendly and super accommodating! We were truly blessed and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time.

Liz was a joy to work with. Her dedication and excellent communication made everything smooth. The apartment is lovely – well-decorated and fully equipped for a comfy stay. However, the maid's room was a letdown. It was too hot to sleep there due to poor cooling. Don't count it as a bedroom. Consider renting a car for a better beach experience. The beach in front had seaweed, but beautiful Macao Beach, just 20 minutes away, is worth a visit. In conclusion, Liz's professionalism and communication were outstanding, and the apartment was a great find.

A week get away
