Overall, we had a good stay. The landscaping was amazing — you can really see the effort they put into maintaining the grounds, and it made the resort feel beautiful and relaxing. The entertainment staff were also fantastic and did an amazing job keeping guests engaged and having fun.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms could definitely use more renovation and updating. We also had issues with our key cards not working properly, which was frustrating. One of the towel attendants was quite rude, which didn’t leave a good impression. Additionally, it would help if more staff had stronger English communication skills to make interactions easier for guests.
Food was okay — not bad, but not particularly memorable either.
Overall, a good stay with great outdoor spaces and entertainment, but some service and room improvements would make the experience much better.
