    The unit itself looks nice and is visually well-presented, but unfortunately the overall experience not worth price. The furniture throughout the unit was inexpensive and uncomfortable all from IKEA, which took away from the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the property is not beachfront. Getting to the beach requires a 10-minute drive, and access is through a separate beach club that is not exclusively affiliated with the property. Because of this setup, beach access is NOT guaranteed. The beach club can reach capacity, and guests may be turned away, which is exactly what happened to us. On top of that, there is a mandatory minimum consumption of $35 USD per person, and the beach club closes at 6:00 PM. Communication with the property host started off well, but once we raised concerns, particularly around beach access and related issues they stopped responding altogether, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost or the hassle. Between the additional expenses, time spent coordinating logistics, and lack of support when issues came up, this property does not deliver the value it promises.

    Fraudulent listing – uninhabitable property and false advertising This listing is misleading and deceptive. The images shown in the advertisement are renders, not real photographs of the property. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the accommodation did not match the listing in any way. Both units had no electricity, and one of the apartments was completely empty, with no furniture, no towels, no toiletries, and no basic amenities whatsoever. The unit was also dirty and covered in dust, making it clearly uninhabitable. When we attempted to contact the host or property manager, they stopped responding entirely. The only person present at the location had no knowledge of the property, provided no assistance. Additionally, the listing falsely claims that the property is located on a private beach. This is not true. Beach access requires driving to a third-party beach club, is not guaranteed, has a mandatory minimum spend, and restricted hours, which directly contradicts what is advertised. As a result, we were forced to book another hotel immediately, lost an entire day of our trip during peak season, and incurred significant unexpected expenses. This was not a minor inconvenience — the accommodation was not delivered at all. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this listing, as it represents a serious risk.
