The beach is just 220 meters away, at the end of the same street. If you have a vehicle, we provide a parking pass for the covered parking area. For visitors, there is an outdoor parking lot available. We are in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages. - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on each guest's usage during their stay. The approximate cost of energy is US$0.35 per kW.
