Beautiful property, and our Butler Rodny was amazing and the highlight of the trip. The room was kind of outdated and we had a few things break, but thankfully Rodny was very helpful in getting this fixed. We really disliked the salesmen in all the lobbies, they were always bothering us. The one that approached us during our check-in was so pushy and it make us uncomfortable, we basically avoided the lobby the entire trip because of this. He would call every morning and stop us every time we saw him. The whole reason we went to an all inclusive resort is so we don't have to deal with this kind of stuff, and we did pay a lot for our stay so this is not something you would expect.

We’ve been traveling between Mexico, Dominican, and Jamaica for the last 15+ years and by far this is the best resort we have stayed at!!! Beautiful place, above average food and top shelf liquor. Main pool and beach are great, limited spots some days but made it work. Booked a swim up room which was great. Nice to have a quiet place to just relax. Our butler Rodney was amazing! Absolutely took care of all of our needs and reservations. Will definitely be back soon!

We had an incredible stay at TRS Turquesa Hotel! The swim-up suite was absolutely amazing—having direct access to the pool right from our room made the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The service truly made the trip unforgettable. Our butler Rodny went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always attentive, friendly, and proactive. At Helios, Stephanie greeted us with such warmth and professionalism every time, making each visit feel special. And Denis at the pool bar kept the drinks flowing with a great attitude and top-notch service. The entire team made us feel valued and taken care of from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Aunque el personal en la piscina de TRS y restaurantes fue servicial, mi estancia fue una experiencia sumamente amarga. He sido huésped en el TRS de Cancún, donde el servicio es de verdadero lujo, pero en TRS Turquesa recibí todo lo opuesto: una gestión deficiente y falta de higiene. Desde antes de llegar, la atención fue limitada; pedí transporte al hotel y me lo negaron por reservar vía Expedia, sin darme ninguna otra alternativa a pesar de mi insistencia. Una vez allí, el servicio de mayordomía fue deplorable. La mayordomo nunca fue proactiva; no dejaba las reservas por escrito y yo debía perseguirla para saber mis horarios. Éramos tres personas en la habitación y sistemáticamente olvidaban la tercera toalla y no reponían el shower gel tras la limpieza. Lo más grave fue la infraestructura y la higiene: pasamos dos noches sin agua y la respuesta en recepción fue apática. El hotel se ve antiguo y mal mantenido, con clósets sucios y madera dañada. Lo imperdonable fue encontrar una cucaracha dentro del contenedor de agua de la cafetera Nespresso. Finalmente, el transporte de regreso solo lo brindaron tras muchas quejas. Me voy decepcionada; para lo que uno paga, espera recibir lujo y calidad, no una habitación descuidada y problemas sanitarios. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. All the staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation!

Check with butler about events and excursions so you can plan your attire better. I feel like that’s something I didn’t take full advantage of, specially when they connect with you 72 hrs before your trip. But once we got here our butler Rodney made things smoother with restaurants reservations and accommodations when we weren’t able to do so.

Overall, the experience is great! The food, amenities, and beach are all amazing. But the staff aren’t very friendly or welcoming, especially when you ask for a club car or golf cart. Sometimes the golf carts just pass by and seem to ignore you.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely our personal butler, Mr Rodny. From the moment we arrived, Mr Rodny was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He handled everything smoothly—from organizing activities to making dining reservations—always with a warm and friendly attitude. Rooms are clean but a little dated. We also did not spend much time in the room. The staff was amazing, and Ray, our butler, was the best. The food was great for a mid-level all-inclusive. There are plenty of options to choose from and always something good to eat. The restaurants are, as always, some are great, others are only ok.

Yo vine por recomendación de una amiga que lo primero que me dijo que es una buena opción para SOLO ADULTOS y tuvo toda la razón. Desde que llegamos fuimos recibidos maravillosamente. La primera impresión es la que cuenta y cuando después del check in fuimos a almorzar frente al mar nos quedamos boquiabiertos. El mar es tan hermoso como las fotos. Yo pensé que las fotos y los videos que había visto del hotel era editadas o tenían filtros, pero no! Es más hermoso que las fotos. El resort tiene acceso directo y privado a la playa más bonita que he visto, mar turquesa.
