Overall, this resort experience has some positives but the negatives ultimately would not have me return to this resort again in the future. Positives: Resort is well-maintained and the resort rooms were nice. Our housekeeping staff did a great job each day keeping our room clean and stocked. Beach is nice and all the drinks we had by the pool were all great Negatives: Check-in experience was rushed and overwhelming. The staff spent more time talking about upgrading to their rewards program rather than giving us orientation of resort, food options and their hours of operation, or activities on the property. Our assigned butler made reservations for us but there were issues with availability and even knowing what options we had to choose from. We felt pressured to make reservations immediately before we had a chance to even unpack as there was concern our party of 7 would not be able to eat together. Unfortunately, majority of the food options are poor and fall into the stereotypical resort food cliche. The buffet options during the day were overall okay but it was hard initially to know what times they were open. Our favorite restaurants were the French and Japanese restaurant. There was also a lot of soliciting happening on the resort including being hounded in the pool each day by photographers. As we were waiting to depart on our final day we were asked by multiple staff to fill out surveys with 5 stars only.

Der Poolbereeich ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr bequeme Liegen, jedoch wie leider in vielen Hotels, gibt es ab 08:00 keine freien Liegen mehr. So hatten wir das Vergnügen nur am Nachmittag, da war allerdings die Musik über viele Stunden teilweise so laut, dass an Erholung nicht zu denken war...sehr schade.

This was a beautiful property however it is huge so they will have to drive you places on golf carts which can take a little while to get. The food was okay, we got room service that ended up being rotten food but the rest of the time it was fine. The first day we were there we got pulled aside for almost 4 hours for a presentation to buy basically a time share. Overall, the place was great and we had a great time but there were a few things to look out for

Rodney was an incredible butler. Extremely friendly, attentive, and on it. He helped my fiancé surprise me, met up with us if we had any questions, made sure we were able to do everything we wanted to do comfortably, and even told us the weather in the morning so we could plan our day better. Truly amazing service.

Our butler Randy was amazing. Booked all our needs, he was in constant contact to keep us informed on the daily activities, Available whenever we had a question or request. Loved the whole resort. Our third visit here was, once again, a delight. Bed was good, AC worked well enough. The 2.5 mile walking loop we did through all four resorts each morning was like walking through a well manicured botanical garden. The food, mostly, was excellent. However they cannot grill a good steak anywhere, most are 1/2” thick. Duck at La Boheme was fantastic, as was Sumptori. And taking lunch on the beachfront at Helios was a spectacular setting. And the people here, especially both Cindy and Valentine in the front office, were just so nice, helpful and kind. Also, having an amazing beach to walk for miles was a pleasure!

Beautiful grounds and beach. Even though people saved chairs at the pools, we never had an issue finding some available. The pools are are very nice and kept clean. The property is fairly large but you can always call or find someone who will give you a ride to where you are going. The food is ok. The best stake was at the beach restaurant. We enjoyed the French restaurant the best…..delicious tuna! The rooms could use updating, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms are large

Beautiful property, huge rooms and the butler staff is fantastic. We had a junior pool suite and were steps from both the pool and the beach. Food was OK, nothing to write home about. Kind of disappointing given what we paid. Note that if you're near the pool, you will hear loud music, often 24/7. Literally, one night the music played ALL NIGHT LONG. If you want quiet, find a room away from the pool. Also - avoid the "property tour" they offer you when you arrive, as it's just a hard sell for their vacation club. We wasted 3 hours on this.

People were fantastic. Beach was amazing. Food was ok. Two different rooms had two water leaks due to air conditioning pipe leaks. Hotel was responsive to the issues however. Rooms are generally old and bed was squeaky.

Had the absolute best time here and our butler Edward was a dream! He frequently provided with specials gifts like champagne, always informed us of the events that day and even checked on me when I wasn’t feeling well. Elina who did drink service at the beach was wonderful as well and so so sweet! Cannot say enough about how lovely and helpful the staff were the entire time! 10/10 recommend
