The staff was great and very helpful but the hotel was very cheap room were outdated mold in the shower multiple items in the room broken and food there was only 1 buffet to go to everything else you had to pay even a member of the family got sick.The beach was a 10 minute walk but it was gross there was a disgusting smell that you count not even go swimming. If you want to go to punta Cana on a budget this is the place otherwise spend a little bite more for something better

I stayed here with family members who traveled from Jamaica, and it was an excellent choice for our vacation. It was a great introduction to the all-inclusive resort experience. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The nightly entertainment was the highlight of my trip, it was fun, engaging, and something I looked forward to each evening. The food was standard overall, with our favorite meals coming from the snack bars. The pools were clean and well maintained, and my personal favorite was the pool closest to the entertainment area because of its lively atmosphere. My only downside was that the beach is not located directly on the resort property. It's only about a three-minute walk away, but once you get there, the resort does not have a dedicated section services. Overall, I think this is a great option for anyone planning their first all-inclusive vacation or looking for an affordable, enjoyable resort experience. I would definitely recommend it.

The food and drinks were good. Lots of choices. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I gave only 2 stars for 2 reasons. The first was not the fault of the resort but there were massive amounts of sea grass on the beach Had to walk around 10-15 minutes down the beach to be able to swim. Reason 2 is that a portion of the ceiling came down in the shower. If someone would have been in the shower they would have a cement block on their head. Manager sent someone to “fix” it but wouldn’t move to a new room. This happened on day 2 of a 5 day stay

The Staff was amazing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The beach is super close like a 35 second walk. The area itself is close to everything! The rooms and and bathrooms completely outdated we had to switch rooms and still very displeased but we were only there for a few nights and checked in to another hotel.
