「The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...
