Great time

We had a great time staying at Hacienta de Mita. This was our third time in that community and this specific unit was our favorite. We loved the sunrises and seeing surfers on the beach each day. Close walk to town was also a huge plus for younger kiddos.

This is such a wonderful property, Lupita is an amazing cook and such a lovely person, our concierge Emmanuel was incredibly helpful. This was an amazing vacation experience and we hope to come again soon!

Excellent week in Punta Mita

My family has stayed in this property multiple times. We love the location with easy access to dining in town and beautiful ocean views. We always make use of the beach club access and golf when we’re there. Lupita makes wonderful breakfasts and keeps the unit spotless. We’ve already planned our return for next year.

Amazing accommodation and location!

This unit is spacious, beautiful and has a stunning view! The unit sits on a beautiful beach where you can enjoy the water or watch surfers. (There are some rocks on the beach.) You'll have a great time enjoying the many beach clubs which you can get to using the two golf carts provided. A plus for this condo unit is the proximity to town where yo can enjoy restaurants and shops. Just a simple walk through a nearby gate. The entire resort area of Punta Mita is gorgeous and very well done! A great vacation spot!

Family Trip

Great location right between the Four Seasons and the St Regis Resorts. Very comfortable home for our adult family trip. Every morning and evening we watched the surfers from our balcony.

6 of us stayed here and had the most amazing time! The golf carts and use of all the different beach clubs were amazing. The place is beautiful, especially the outdoor patio where all of us will greatly miss having coffee every morning! Will def be back!

Wonderful stay again!

Wonderful 1 week stay with family. Our family has been staying in this condo for a few years. We enjoyed Lupita’s cooking and beautiful friendly personality. The golf carts are a great amenity to visit the beach clubs. Loved the new kitchen remodel. We hope to be back!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second consecutive year at the property and it was again wonderful. The gorgeous ocean views, great location with proximity to town, access to the fabulous beach clubs and Lupita’s food and immaculate cleaning. The owner did some needed refurbishment to the property since our last stay which was great to see. Punta Mita is a piece of heaven for us and this property has contributed to the experience for us.

Amazing family vacation!

We had the most incredible week at HDM! The accommodations were wonderful and Lupita’s cooking was such a treat! Susana was very responsive and helped with all our reservations for activities and spa. The views and location of this unit are perfect. We enjoyed the pool at the unit as well as checking out all the beach clubs which are so easy to access on the golf carts. Our family loved Punta Mita and will be back- there is truly something for everyone here. Highly recommend this spacious condo and would rent again for our next vacation!

A TERRIFIC HOLIDAY!

Our 5th stay in Hacienda de Mita was as wonderful as all of our previous stays, with many thanks to Cecilia, who as our housekeeper/cook made us so comfortable and well-fed that every morning was a pleasure! We really can't say enough about our enjoyment of HDM 205. The location, the cleanliness and attractiveness of the furnishings, make for a wonderful holiday, and the addition of 2 golf carts and the premier membership keep everyone active and fulfilled. The only issue we had was with the internet, and we do think that they must improve that for anyone who needs to stay connected with their business. While there, the concierge did repeatedly try to solve the problem, but it will take some serious work. Nevertheless, we had a fabulous holiday, and would highly recommend this condominium experience to all!!

Fabulous Vacation

We just returned from a week at Hacienda de Mita in Punta Mita, Mexico. We had a fabulous vacation and our condo was everything we expected it to be. The concierge service took care of our every need. Last year we came to Punta Mita and stayed in the Four Seasons Hotel but had friends who were staying at this condo. This year we decided the condo would be much better. We were right! With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, we all had plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. The beautiful granite kitchen was huge, and had everything we could possibly need. The balcony, which overlooked our private beach was a paradise in itself. All the linens were first class, and we were never short of beach towels. We enjoyed our own private beach and pools, but also very much enjoyed going to the residents beach club, just minutes away...where a restaurant with excellent food, stood right next to two heated pools which were located just feet from the beach/ocean. > I highly recommend Hacienda de Mita and hope to return again someday.

Amazing place inside the gates!

This was our 2nd stay at Hacienda de mita! Everything was wonderful, the house is perfect, amazing view, the cook Lupita is amazing! The only change since the first time is breakfast is not included only prepared so expect a bill for all your food. We did not know this until checkout. Either way it was worth it! The cleaners showed up on the last day of checkout at 9AM and hung out in the house trying to clean around us. Check out is at 11. It was a little weird when you are trying to pack up and needing showers etc. I wasn't sure if the owner knew this which I doubt but I did let the concierge know and she had them wait in the bunk bed room for the last hour we had the place. I wouldn't change my rating on this place but I probably should have told them they couldn't be in there until 11. Great stay, amazing beaches, clubs, great for kids, will plan to go back in a couple of years!
