Within the gates of the Four Seasons & St. Regis Resorts, Caida de Agua is a five-bedroom oceanfront property with a panoramic view to the ocean and golf course. Each suite in our villa is spacious, with private decks or patios and each hosts an ocean view.

Grocery funds are paid separately, US$3,000, this is used to purchase all the groceries and products needed to prepare your meals and dinner menu selection, including alcohol. If there are remaining funds at the end of the stay, they will be refunded. A 10% shopping fee will be added to purchases to cover the cost of gas and the occasional outside shopping service.

Once confirmed, a Rental Agreement, Liability Form and HOA forms will be sent to be signed and returned.
