Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was located in an great area. Free parking if spot available out front. When we were there, a huge storm came through and we lost power the morning we were supposed to leave so couldn’t shower/ brush teeth/ use restroom. Elevators were also down. There was a lot of flooding in the room and hallways.

Stayed for one night in November 2025 and had a great experience. The check-in staff were very attentive and helpful. We were able to park right in front of the hotel for free, and the area is very safe. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. The room was modern, well-lit, and very clean. I would definitely come back.

Great view of Punta del Este

Excellent staff. Large rooms with a view. Lucas was very helpful finding dinner reservations on Xmas eve. Definitely would stay there again.

Excellent hotel in best the possible location.

The location is excellent, close to the mall and stores. Few minutes driving to the beach. The front desk and breakfast kitchen staff were very nice and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. Already stay a couple times and I will return to this hotel when I visit Punta del Este.

Very nice. Though the walks to the beaches, either Mansa or Brava, are about 15-20 min (consider it an exercise). Breakfast is nice, the coffee/cappuccino machine is freaking awesome! Overall, great value stay, spacious room, righ across from shopping mall (which has a coin-op laundromat). No issues encountered.

Short stay, nice place well located

Short stay, hotel nice, well located walking distance from restaurants and shops. Staff helpful and friendly funny design. Just that breakfast starts late, 8 am, but it seems to be the norm around in punta del este. Thanks God that i travel with my kettle and press for early coffee..

The room was amazing, just missing vanity area in the bathroom and some hooks for towels , otherwise all was very good. Breakfast was nice. Pool was clean. Close yo the bear, walking distance.

Amazing stay. Staff is very friendly everywhere in the hotel. Big rooms, modern and very clean, amazing view! Breakfast had lots of choices, importantly variety of fruit options to take with, which was important for us as we travel with a toddler who snacks. Hotel provided a crib and extra towels when we needed. there is also a great gym with a view and sauna on 17th floor. This hotel should be 4 stars instead of 3 as it is rated in Google. Very happy with our hotel choice!

The hotel is meticulously maintained and the staff are attentive and very friendly. The beach is a five minute walk and there are grocery stores and restaurants also within easy walking distance. Breakfast begins at 8:00 am but is worth the wait. There are a wide variety of items to choose from, all fresh and well prepared. No place is perfect but not much to complain about except perhaps no access to coffee before breakfast is served. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

Despite the fact that my room wasn’t ready when was one hour after my check in time, at that moment the stuff handle it very professionally and alicate me another room, giving me an alternative to check in. At check out time, the stuff was so rude that unfortunately vanish the service level of my whole experience, unfortunately very under train guy with no hospitality driven objectives at all, just a 9 to 5 basic employee…. Bed was awesome, cleaning stuff very nice and polite, breakfast was fine enough. Location great.
