  • Beautiful condo in Heritage Landing in Southwest Florida.

    Fully furnished condo is well appointed to meet all of your needs - everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!

    The condo is on the 2nd floor (elevator steps away from door) overlooking the 11th hole and the pond and preserve. Enjoy watching golfers, amazing sunsets, and wildlife from your screened in lanai.

    You are also steps or a short drive away from heated pools, tiki bar, fitness centre, spa, pickle ball and tennis courts. All within the community!

    30-day minimum Rental, annual rental available for $1700 per month.

    Transfer fee of $150 includes access to amenities - pools, tiki bar, fitness center, lighted pickleball courts, lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts and more.

    Area Information
    All shopping amenities close by. Cape Coral and Fort Myers within 30 minutes. Punta Gorda Airport 15 minutes and RSW approximately 40 minutes.

    Boat Rental and ferry to beaches 15 minutes away at Burnt Store Marina

    Downtown Punta Gorda offers restaurants and shopping for all to enjoy.

Excellent location, many things around to do around the area. You can also have fun just relaxing around the many pools walking around or fishing one of the many ponds. We had lunch several times at the tiki bar. We enjoyed watching the birds and alligators.Condo has everything you need for your stay but is not overly cluttered. Plenty of storage for food, clothing and other personal items. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.We had a wonderful. Relaxing time.
