Fantastic stay

My wife and I came to Grace’s beautiful home for a 3 day weekend winter escape. Grace was the best host we’ve experienced with a highly detailed introduction ahead of our stay. The property is fresh and spotless and exceeded our expectations. We spent much of our stay at the pool which was fabulous. We highly recommend the property.

Great Place!

What a beautiful, clean, trendy place!!! We had a blast here, with the pool that my kids loved jumping into, to the multiple areas that we played games and of course did a little elearning! Its a spacious house with a great canal view.

Family Fun at Villa Capri

Wonderful home with everything we could have wanted for a fun-filled relaxing Family gathering! There was plenty of room (we had 6 adults and a 3 yr old) and the amenities were awesome. Had a blast in the pool everyday and enjoyed the kayaks! We would not hesitate to rebook - Grace was very thorough with the booking/checkin process and takes great pride in this beautiful home.

Beautiful Clean Home!

Our family loved staying here! It was incredibly clean and had all we needed to enjoy a week of relaxation away from home. We spent a ton of our time outside, where there was plenty of outdoor furniture and an amazing saltwater pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Stay

This home is really beautiful and comfortable. The property has everything you need to get the most out of your time in Punta Gorda. We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized. I loved the labeling in the kitchen so I knew where to put things back. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Great escape!

Did a small bachelor party for the weekend and this was the perfect place to do it. We all wanted to get away and get on the water. The home is a quick 10 minute boat ride through the canals to the Bay. Home was in great condition. Communication was great! Will stay here again.

Nice, Clean, Newly Decorated 3/2 House w/Saltwater Pool

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed for our getaway vacation. The beds were quite comfortable and the master bedroom tower style shower was very enjoyable. Lots of clean towels, an assortment of dishes, utensils, etc. and other daily need items were provided. Quite a few good restaurants, parks, a variety of shopping and the 2.5 mile long Harborwalk were all within just a couple of miles.

Very clean house with pool

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was very clean. Host very detailed and responsive. Pool was refreshing. My husband saw a dolphin while kayaking. Cool military museum and waterfront dining nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in.

Relaxing Vacation!

Had a great stay at Villa Capri! House was spotless and very well stocked. We enjoyed using the covered pool area and fishing from the dock. I even caught one of the biggest fish I ever caught off of the dock. It was a huge DRUM/sheepshead. Grace was an AWESOME host and we will be back!!!

Newly Renovated Poolside HGTV style Home

We loved the beautiful home design and space. Everything was brand new and sparkly clean! The master shower was amazing. The heated saltwater pool was beautiful and relaxing with a nice amount of outdoor furniture. The location is great as it is very close to Fisherman’s Village with shops and waterfront restaurants. Grace was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Fun in the sun

We would rate this property as exceptional ! Beautiful, newly renovated home in quiet neighborhood. Every amenity you could ask for . Unbelievably clean and host was amazing . Truly the best VRBO rental we have ever had . Would recommend this property to young families as well as it is fully stocked for babies and children . Having 4 bikes was a great way to see the neighborhood .
