「Piscina agradável, quarto limpo」

「El hotel parece que es relativamente nuevo. Las cosas por mejorar son: - Poner colgaderos para las toallas en los baños, literal no hay nada para extenderla para secar o mientras uno se ducha. - entra demasiada luz del corredor en la noche al cuarto. El desayuno estuvo variado los tres días que estuvimos. El servicio estuvo 8/10.」

「Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado」

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...

「The hotel itself was lovely, and overall I enjoyed my stay. However, I felt the online photos were somewhat misleading. I paid for two balcony rooms with ocean views, but neither room had the full ocean view that was advertised. Instead, both rooms only offered a partial view of the ocean. Considering the amount of money I spent on two rooms, I did not feel the accommodations justified the price. My other complaint is the elevator situation.
