「Close to good places in Ibiza. Specially the beach 」

「The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. 」

「Je mag met je hondje niet binnen in het restaurant enkel buiten ontbijten. Maar wat als het regent? En als hem achteraan op de terras aan de leiband houdt zou dit ook geen probleem mogen zijn. Wle tip rop op de kamer met groot slaapkussen voor ons hondje」

「I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home.」

「The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot...

「Sehr lautes Zimmer, direkt über der Animationfläche. Sehr laute Musik abends, daher unmöglich zu schlafen. Überfülltes Frühstück und sehr viele Kinder. Zimmer war Modern aber der Boden war immer dreckig. 」

「Completely disastrous stay right from check-in until we had to get refunded for the rest of our stay. There was a music festival that the hotel knew about and was independent from the hotel, but let everyone at the festival use all their parking so there was absolutely no parking even for check-in. We were harassed by police as we had our car in front of the stairs to try to check in and the staff did not care nor wanted to hear solutions around helping their guests have parking. 「Appartement was netjes, maar erg gedateerd. Bedden hard. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, maar vond de hele uitstraling niet echt top. Bij het zwembad ook geen gezelligheid of iets. Jammer want valt veel meer van te maken. We na 2 dagen schone handdoeken en schoon opgemaakte bedden dat vonden we dan wel super.」
