"I didn’t opt in for breakfast. I didn’t have a thermostat in my room but it was very cold outside so leaving the window open helped keep the room cool at night. The shower is very nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. "

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. I forgot which number bus stop it was near but, it helped out that it was close by. The room itself was clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for us as we were able to come back and have dinner and breakfast before heading out. The area that it was in was also perfect and walkable to other areas in the city. It was still in the crowd but also away from it as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone! "

"The staff was pleasant, kind, friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and well-kept (as was the room), the restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my time at Exeter Hotel. I loved how walkable everything was from the hotel. Annamaria, Justina, and Nadir were particularly helpful at the front desk, always answering any questions we had with great detail and providing us great recommendations for some great food in Reykjavik. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Iceland!"

"Gorgeous room although road noise so would have preferred a marina view. We had a suite which had a sofa bed in the lovely living area, 2 TV’s, lovely bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast is nice. Staff are great, location very handy."
