“Our apartment was great size for 2 people. The service was very personal, it felt like a private villa even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was brilliant. The apartments are situated close to Como town centre which had a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.”

“The brothers who own and operate the B&B are the best!! So friendly and helpful. Their silk graphics available for purchase are the best. Breakfast was so good!! Amazing views of the lake from the upper level rooms. Note, that it is a 6 km 10 minute drive to get from Como to B&B Vista Lago. ”

“Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See.
Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausserordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! “The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area.
Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. We did not have hot water the last two days. ”

“Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut!
Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sie haben mir immer sehr schnell geantwortet.
Das Appartement verfügte über zwei Badezimmer und Duschen.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Zimmer eher dunkel sind, da……
