"From the start of our stay right to the end was just excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air-con was good and very welcome - especially as we arrived at same time as a heat wave! The breakfast was excellent, there’s something for everyone and plenty of choices cooked and continental. Great location - walking distance from train Station. Hotel is literally opposite Schönbrunn park, (Hietzing gate entrance) loved it - would definitely come back here to stay."

"We had a bit of an unusual arrangement and initial miscommunication was very much due to the third party website used for the initial booking. However the staff themselves were brilliant in helping us resolve the matter and looking after us once we were there. We also arrived in the middle of a heat-wave and the hotel made sure we were looked after and managed to source extra fans to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very good value we felt and very convenient to ensure that we could maximise the short time we had in Vienna for sight seeing. Would highly recommend the hotel for a weekend break and we are already thinking of returning in the autumn."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying there again if I’m ever to return to Vienna, I cannot comment on any amenities or restaurants or bar as we did not utilize those, but I’m sure based on everything else they were probably top notch"

"I was so happy to be able to stay at such a wonderful place for this price. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was incredibly spacious, with a large living room and even a roomy bathroom—everything felt open and comfortable, and the cleaning was done impeccably. The appliances were excellent too, including a dishwasher and an espresso machine. The bed was wonderfully soft, and even though I only stayed one night, I was able to rest so well. I would love to stay here again. There's a bus stop right out front, so the transportation is great as well. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Vienna."

"Hotel was in a good location for Schonbrunn palace and gardens (right across the road and glorious views across vienna) and although not in the city centre it was conveniently next to the metro system which was efficient and easy to navigate. The reception were helpful as we arrived early but we were able to park the car and leave our cases until check in time to explore, and they gave us helpful advice on where to grab some lunch (gloriette in the palace gardens) and where to find the metro. The hotel looked slightly dated but it was clean and the family room we had for 4 people was large and enough space for 4 adults. It was a good base to exploring and the staff were all lovely. I had not realised the parking was an additional 25 euros a night though so just remember to factor that in if you are on a roadtrip"
