“The place shares a wall with the host house living space, so we had to be careful with sounds and noises, other than that, I can’t think of anything better.”

“Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.”

“Great stay. Had some personal issues with another couples family in our group and host and vrbo worked with us. Trolley was unique and just what we expected Cool vibe with decorations and record player. If your looking for something different, this is it. Central location for many waterfalls in area.”

“The host communicates very well and is clear with their instructions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. They provided many amenities, some of which I didn't expect. If I ever needed to stay in the area again, this would be the first place I would check for availability.”

“I loved it here! We were in town for a wedding. Everything was clean, it smelled fantastic, the king bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to get out of it, and it had nearly everything we needed. Our teenagers had their own rooms as well. It was perfect for what we needed! ”

“The towels were stained and dirty. The soap was mixed with water. When we arrived, the air conditioner/heat was set at 62. The rest of the place was okay.”

“We have never been to Cookeville Tennessee before. Our Daughter and Son in-law with there 2 boys Louis (2 years old) and Drew ( 5 month old) moved to Sparta Tennessee back in January. We came up here to spend a couple days with them. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in Cookeville . We are both in our mid fifties and we really enjoyed Cookeville area . We went to see waterfalls yesterday that were beautiful. We love the mountains and we prefer the mountains over the beach any day. We will……
