“The Goatshed was exactly as described. Unique rustic accommodation with everything you could need provided. The welcome pack exceeded anything we have had before with lots of local provisions. “This is the third time we’ve stayed at Afentiko Pigadi and it was just as great as the first two times. I cannot be more positive about the entire experience. “Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. ”

“Wir waren mit zwei Kindern Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jew. mit Küche und Bad. “Our family found this house perfect for a relaxing week in Greece. We enjoyed the sun and the shadow at the pool during daytime, dinner in nearby villages and family time on the terrace afterwards. “This isn’t the newest, sparkliest rental house - it’s a home, and feels like it…everything you need, well equipped kitchen, lots of comfy furniture and places to relax. It’s not far from great beaches, Methoni town is quiet, and lovely, but near the main road so good for accessing supermarkets and other places to visit. Simon was there when you needed him, but discreetly available (he lives on site) and really friendly. The pool is great, and we had it to ourselves a lot. Amazing wildlife! And……

“This was a perfect find for us, staying with our adult son. The place is small, but functional, modern and clean. We appreciated the dishwasher, as we had breakfast, and sometimes snacks, at home, but were mostly about, or lounging at the pool. A breathtaking view, and things to visit as well as amenities close by. We had the host's phone number, but didn't need to reach out, as everything worked smoothly, including the cleaning of the apartment and pool. We can highly recommend it.”

“Nice small resort with a beautiful pool. Very nice people, always ready to help. Pool towels are provided, nice bar, very good breakfast with enough place to sit outside. We had a very nice room, seaview, with a small kitchen. It is a 35 minute walk to Agios Nikolaos (downhill), with enough restaurants to choose from. Nice small harbour, a bit touristy but far more authentic than touristic resort Stoupa. We loved our Stay in Rigklia/Agios Nikolaos.”
