「Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup.
It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it」

「The property was clean and spacious, the view from the balcony was as advertised beautiful. The apartment is on the 4th floor, the elevator was not working all the time. The appartment is not in the old soukis, not walking distance, at least not a short walk, we took golf carts to take us there. 」

「The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning.
Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.」

「prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. If we needed new towels we had to pay for them, the room comes just as is. It’s an apartment unit inside the resort but with no association to it. Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer. We made our trip work, host was responsive, we just got caught off guard we went from thinking...
