"- hair dryer broken 1st night, asked for a new one and the staff didnt apologise and only said they cannot gurantee theres a new one. - asked 3 staff about a function room location and noone knows -dead mouse inside the function room and had to change to another one -staff was unprofessional during cocktail session. keep pushing drinks/snacks over guests. Overall cannot imagine this is Shangri La, 3 star hotel standard maybe?"
