“it is very convenient to go to CBD Pudong and Puxi by bus but mtr. It's good in the service from hotel's staff, the room and hotel are tidy. The staffs are nice and can be problem-solving, especially one staff who is a girl to help me to pick up the "heavy luggage" even she is light and short in figure. Although another staff helped her finally in order to avoid injured , but her working attitude is good. Anyway, all staffs are helpful. ”

“The breakfast buffet is also goood value. Good variety and very clean. The only area for improvement will be more English TV. There is only 1 English out of 40 Chinese TV channels. The room exceeded my expectation. It's clean, safe and quiet air conditioner.”

“雖然房間不是很新的酒店，但很乾淨！床、棉被、枕頭 都很舒服！睡起來完全不會癢。每天服務人員都會來打掃，更新浴室備品與飲用的礦泉水。另外酒店的wifi很慢，用自己的網卡上網比較快！房內沒有冰箱，記得不要買需要冰的東西回來。附近有很多吃的店家，還有一間小間的購物中心，不用擔心沒東西吃。晚上11.12點之後，酒店對面有小吃攤擺攤，生意很好！附近有超商很方便。走路到地鐵10分鐘左右。”
