"這次在前門四合院漫心府住了六晚，非常滿意。旅館環境很幽靜，確實是四合院，非常別緻。附近很熱鬧，有各式小吃攤，離地鐵站也不遠。10月下旬已供應暖氣，房間整理得很乾淨，每天供應4-6瓶礦泉水和2罐汽水，大廳有水果、咖啡、茶、零食。早餐雖不是很澎湃，但中西式餐點俱備，而且也很可口。 最令我滿意的是服務，入住當晚接待的是張鵬飛先生，對我們的詢問，都親切地詳盡回答，還會主動問我們要不要喝梨湯。後來內子想買土產，有位名叫李依的姑娘，主動掏出手機幫我們下單網購，下午就送到。其他服務員也都客氣，服務無可挑剔，令我們感覺非常舒適。下次來北京還會住這間酒店。"

"Good location, right smack in the city. My check in was delayed even though it state 2pm and i checked in at 2. So had to wait till 3 to get a clean room. Came back at 3 and they said it was not ready. Anyway one of the manager came in and saved the day and gave me a room immediately. The only grief was that because i used my non chinese card to enter china, i had to re register my hotel card every evening after i get back.. it is quite inconvenient for me. Saving grace was Nathan, bell boy who went the extra mile to help me retrieve my delivery from the delivery box as i wasnt able to do so.. i think its not the same 5 star pan pacific experience as i would expect but overall it was a good stay. The reception staff probably needs a lot more training. I"
