"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my transit through Guangzhou. As a solo traveler visiting China for the first time, I really appreciated the excellent communication before my arrival. The hotel sent clear and detailed instructions on exactly where to wait for the airport shuttle, making it incredibly easy to navigate the airport. The shuttle arrived on time, and the entire transfer was smooth and stress-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, and I didn’t encounter a single issue during my one-day stay. The restaurant was also excellent, making my short visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone transiting through Guangzhou. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service made my journey so much easier. Thank you for such a great experience!"

"Wonderful value-for-money option for 1-night stay between flights, just next to the Terminal 1 (currently closed, so no direct pedestrian access to the hotel from the airport (e.g. Terminal 2) but hotel's shuttle bus opposite to gate 46 was overall convenient option, too). Rooms were clean and cosy, mattress was comfortable, room was equipped with all we need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was overall decent with a variety of European options."

"Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Open onsen area is nicely developed but the bathroom area needs improvement so as the in-room shower area, can see some dirt near the door already even though it is newly opened. ChineseDinner at the hotel is nice. "
