Top Qingyuan Hotel Reviews

Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Nice luxury and roomy standards, and shared gym with pullman next building. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Convenient with shuttle bus to terminal."

Guangzhou Yunjia Hotel

8/10 Good

"Staff tries to be very helpful, but no one speaks English, and you have to communicate via a translator on your smart phone. TV is only in Chinese, and the internet in China is severely restricted, so no access to USA browsers to be able to access your email accounts. The shuttle bus took a long time to pick us up at the airport, and I could not prearrange for them to pick us up with our arrival details. My cell phone is not China based, so could not call the hotel to have the shuttle bus come and collect us. A fellow passenger was kind enough to call them for us. Even after calling them it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. After a tiring trip, we just wanted to get to the hotel and go to sleep."

Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jane, 1 of the hotel manager, for her outstanding service and hospitality. She was exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout my experience. Her genuine care for guests, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Jane is a great example of what excellent hotel service should be. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay are truly commendable. Thank you, Jane, for making my experience so memorable. Your excellent service is a real credit to the hotel, and I hope your efforts will be recognised and appreciated by the management. Keep up the fantastic work!"
