「Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. 「Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.」
