「We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...

「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. True Blue rooms are older. Lots of steps to walk up to enter room. Clean and comfortable but Cocoa Pod rooms are more updated. Water pressure and temperature for the shower is inconsistent. I would stay again if I returned, just in a different room.」

「Walk to the beach is pretty short down their private lawn area (no walking on the street needed). Lots of outdoor games and activities and very helpful and friendly staff.」

「Really liked the location, close to Grand Anse, but juat over the hill and still quiet, with a less busy beach in front of the hotel that provided stunning views. The apartment iself is not very modern, but it was spacious and it was only a short walk to find places to eat and drink. Overall it was good value and the staff were friendly.」
