“The staff were attentive to our needs We checked in early and got a thirty minute extension. The cleaning staff needed to prep the room for the next guest, so they were waiting in the hall for us to leave.
The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for the $25 per person price. It is an adequate breakfast but I feel it is worth $12-$15 at the most.
We traveled in November and we ate in a tiny dining room however we could see outside. There was a terrace that looked wonderful if it wasn’t……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels.
I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea.
Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service.
One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
