「The room is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is okay for us because the food quality is not special, but the sea view is very great for the day beginning. ^^ Nearby the hotel, we can walk towards the sea side (left side)for having meal, there are some restaurants for selection. It is easily to find food and many local residents also gather there. Hotel staff is helpful and full of energetic. It is not really far from POMPEI and VULCANO VESUVIO, around two / seven stations from hotel.」

「We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay. 」

When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. 「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」

However finding it can even with Google Maps be a bit challenging, but the hotel offers airport transportation at reasonable rates, so you should go for the airport transportation option. The reception is unmanned, but the owner Claudio lives next door and can always be contacted, if you need any assistance. He is very helpfull and also willing to give you tips regarding Naples.
