“If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.”

“The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. The room was very clean and equipped with all essential utensils for the kitchenette. Staff at the front desk were helpful. They helped me print some……

“The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station. The room is clean. The bathroom and TV are large.The room also has cooking utensils. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Definitely will book it again when I visit Sydney again.”
