This hotel was wonderful! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. A small fridge was available in the room and it also had a large shared kitchen for guests to use. Overall an excellent hotel, would highly recommend. We were never sent a code to get into the hotel nor was there a code sent to get into the room. There are no staff on site. Make sure you get a code. We arrived at midnight and luckily found a number to call where someone was able to help us. That was our only issue. We loved staying here!!!!!! Rooms are small but great. Bed was comfortable! Close to everything! Please note there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs especially stairs and luggage get a main floor suite!

The place was beautiful and clean. There was an issue with check-in as we booked through Expedia which the property said they didn’t share my contact information with the Property so they had no way to send me the codes to get in the doors. We were fortunate as we arrive at 10:55pm and the entrance way phone “receptionist” said he was just on his way out for the night. He gave us codes for the main door and bedroom door but when we arrived to the third floor where our room was the code didn’t work. He left me a number to call for emergencies so we called it and they were able to provide us with a new code. The bed in Room 10 is extremely firm but I can sleep on a board so it didn’t affect me but glad my husband wasn’t with me. The walls are only made of drywall with no insulation so you hear people chatting in the halls like they are in your room. Probably typical of an old building. I love how close it was to everything. You could walk everywhere from the Château. It was the vintage experience my daughter and I were looking for to celebrate her 16th birthday. I wish there would have been a mini fridge in the room as my daughter and I both have food restrictions/allergies. Overall, good experience for the deal we got through Expedia!

If you’re visiting old Quebec, it is worth spending a bit more to get a nicer spot with on-site employees and functional services. Our AC did not work, and the attendant was unable to fix it. Then we thought we fixed the AC, but despite the unit beginning to respond to our remote, it did not actually blow cold air. It takes half an hour for them to arrive on site after hours (after 7pm), so you can imagine the inconvenience if you require assistance. This is why we will pay more and stay elsewhere next time. Btw there is good public parking just a 14 minute walk away at GESPARC, which is in the same parade used by the Hilton. We were lucky to find parking there on a busy Saturday night.

Our room was very nice and roomy. Having the shower in the open bedroom was a little different. Hotel was in a great location, close to lots of amenities. Enjoyed the outdoor terrace, had direct access from our room. We had room #2.

It was very cute small hotel. Old nostalgic stone building, renovated. Great experience staying in a historic place. Not suitable for people with mobility issues unless you get the main floor as there are stairs. Great location, walking distance to so much to see. Loved the stay.
