The Bed was so uncomfortable. I saw this complaint and was thinking of canceling but then figured everyone is different so I would give them a try. I was very disappointed and had to pay for an other hotel for the rest of my trip.

It was a fair rent but property needs a bit of love. Spot is great and whole building with pool and gym is perfect. Small investments needed in shower and kitchen sink.

Disons que le condo a besoin d'amour, surtout pour la salle de bain avec une pommeau de douche qui tient avec du ruban électrique et qui tombe sur la tête (et oui)..une céramique qui flotte (douche) et une pression d'eau très minime. Oublier les bain avec les enfants. Pas de ligne pour la vaisselle et d'essuie-tout...c'est ordinaire pour maintenir un environnement propre. Bref, une expérience très ordinaire....désolé!

Okay, I came home early!

The bathtub and hot tub were not very clean. The dishwasher was not empty. No flat sheet for the bed. Also the tv was not set up. I had to set up the Roku myself. The kids likes the pool.

La climatisation était défectueuse, il y avait des poils dans le lavabo de salle de bain, l’appartement était mal conçu pour 4 personnes. Il n’y avait pas de couvre matelas, seulement le drap contour. Nous avons eu une très maigre compensation de 25$ en crédit expédia. Plutôt décevant.,,

J’ai adoré mon séjour malgré de petits détails qui pourrait facilement être amélioré. La propreté des murs entre autre. On voit beaucoup de coulisses. Rien pour faire la vaisselle. Pas de savon pour lave-vaisselle, pas de lavette, pas de plateau pour faire sécher et juste un linge. Toilette ne flush pas car fil du clapet cassé. Tout cela dans le but de toujours s’améliorer car je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour.

I liked everything. The space was way way bigger than advertised and would easily have slept 8-10 people. They did everything they could to make sure it was a pleasant trip. Very much thanks. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit MSA!

Déçu

Séjour de trois jours, trois adultes dont une personne ainée. Réception: présence réduite. Confort du condo: tout juste acceptable. Beaucoup de réparation à faire: barres à serviettes, pomeau de douche qui gicle de partout, séchoir à cheveux, bouchon pour l'évier de cuisine inexistant, donc obligé d'utiliser le lave-vaisselle pour peu d'objets.... On doit installer la literie nous même!..... on s'attend à cela dans une auberge de jeunesse, mais pas dans un hébergement de ce prix!

Très bien situé près des pentes. Belle variété de jeux pour les jeunes et moins jeunes. Panier de basket (amenez votre ballon), pickle ball, ping pong, air hockey, baby foot, module de jeux. Télé dans la salle. Très belle piscine et spa, gym extrêmement bien équipé. Personnel courtois. 👌

This could be a great spot if they spent some money maintaining it. The sauna wasn’t working, the hot tub unclean and generally the facilities need some renovations to bring them i to the 21st century. Our unit was satisfactory but the place needs some TLC, given that we’re being sold a place with a pool and other attractive amenities that are dysfunctional.

Impossible de faire le check-in a 15h40 il fallait attendre dans l'auto qu'il soit 16h avant de pouvoir s'enregistrer😒 Sur le site de réservation, il était mentionné que le check-out était a 11h une fois arrivée on nous mentionne que l'on doit quitter pour 10h et on ne nous a pas donné la chambre que l'on avait réservé. L'équipement pour la cuisine est un peu incomplet, mais ça fais la job. Le spa n'était pas en fonction. Les équipements pour la salle de jeux laisse a désirer, mais il y en a une, elle est ouverte jusqu'à 23h et on a eu beaucoup de plaisir a y aller avec les enfants. Il y a une navette pour le ski qui est disponible la fin de semaine. En gros on a eu un super sejour, malgré tout, le condo était spacieux et on a manqué de rien.
