Property was poorly managed, furniture they had was probably taken from trash, it was so dirty we had to use our camping chairs to sit. Property didn’t even had a smoke alarm installed, beds are broken, the vanity inside the bathroom was broken, hair dryers not working the price what we paid for this was too high.

The entrance, the lobby, the stairs and the aisle have a very old and dirty carpet. It looks that has not been cleaned or changed in decades. Everything smells old. On a positive note the room was better.

Convenient location between airport and old Quebec. Room service was good. Room was clean when we rented the place. Towels and garbage bags were replaced everyday. Friendly staff at reception and check in and check out done within minutes. Pool was not at location as described in the ad but could be wrong as I did not enquire about it at reception.

It was very clean and big, close to many restaurants and the highway. The only small detail is the smell when we first arrive because all windows were closed, but it went away. Amazing stay
