Pas de chaine pour barrer la porte et des clés qui ouvre absolument n'importe quelle chambre !! (Tester avec une autre cliente), moisissures dans la salle de bain, objets brisés dans la chambre, trou dans les murs, le mr a l'accueil zero sourire, air de beu comme pas possible, 252$ pour ca c'est ridicule.. pour exactement la meme chambre quelqu'un ma dit 312$ apportez votre literie car c'est douteux il y a meme pas de couvre matelas..:/ horrible j'ai jamais vu ça meme dans un motel a 70$ la nuit !! Pu jamais..

Dans un premier temps lors de mon arrivée à l’hôtel j’ai eu l’impression d’arriver dans un film d’horreur. Bon j’avais pas le choix pas d’annulation. On me donne les clé de ma chambre le m’y rend, SUPRISE il y a 2 clientes à l’intérieur. Je retourne à la réception au lieu de me donner une autre chambre il va mettre dehors ceux qui étaient déjà à l’intérieur. Je retourne voir à la réception pour dire que je ne voulais pas de cette chambre puisqu’il s’étaient déjà étendu sur les draps. On m’offre une autre chambre. Elle était mieux que la première. À notre retour à la chambre je voulais mettre l’air climatisée. Ne fonctionner pas on viens la réparer Fiou mais à 2h30 de matin ne fonctionne plus. Donc les installations sont médiocre. Le service est bien et les gens sont sympathique. J’ai payé 315$ pour une nuit. À 150$ ça aurai été correct. Je n’y retournerai pas.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, ALL PICTURES ON EXPEDIA AND GOOGLE ARE FAKE. Traveling with my family from Cavendish to Amos and selected Levis as a middle point to rest for a night, saw the nice pictures posted on Expedia by this place and decided to book a room. When we got here we were toatlly astonished by how poor the rooms were, for starters the room is incredibly small, the doors don't have deadbolts, and my room was missing a chain lock, the beds were filthy with blood stained dirty sheets, there is a water heater room right in the corner of the Motel room and it reeks of rotten wood, the bathroom was very small and there is no ventilation fan, the whole bathroom smells like s*** with a touch of mold. The hair dryer in the washroom was damaged and still hanging there on the wall. For this piece of s*** room they charged me $245 for the night, which is more than the room deserves. I advise everybody to pay more and stay at the real hotel then come to this piece of s*** hotel.

There was nothing to like. It was a very run down, poorly maintained property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She tried to tell me that they didn't have my reservation, even though i had an email confirmation from Expedia. She knew i couldn't speak French but she continued speaking French anyway. I paid extra to have a room in the "Hotel" section but that is not what we got. There was supposed to be coffee in the room which wasn't there. When we asked on our second day she assured us that she would have a coffee maker in our room that evening but it never showed up! The property advertised a restaurant and bar on site but the bartender said there has been no food service for over 4 years. The atmosphere at the property did not feel safe. There was a police car that patrolled the area on a regular basis which added to the uneasy feeling. I am very disappointed in Expedia for not having updated pictures and information for this property. If i had seen pictures in it's current state, i would never have considered booking it!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!

The rooms were literally suffocating. AC had so much dust on it that no air was coming out No bathroom fan for ventilation The whole room was stuffed in a 4x4 closet to be honest. Had to keep the door open to let the air in.

The toilet seat was barely attached to toilet, the cold water tap was broken off in shower. These things should be fixed. The room was fairly clean, beds were decently confortable. The cost was good.

If your looking for that warm fuzzy happy hotel feeling while in an amazing vacation... thats not this place. The room was cleanish, bed bug free and somewhat comfortable. Its just a place to put your head for the night. Thats it. Price reflects an absolute rip off.

Les employés etaient sympathiques. Les lieux etait malpropre et on a dormi habille avec des bas dans nos mains et de quoi pour recouvrir notre tête. Cest affreux il y avait de la poudre blanche sous le lit ont nous a dit que setait pour un infestation de fourmi mais setait dégueulasse. Jai enlevé les draps et les tetes d'oreillers jai pas trouver de punaise de lit mais plein de tache de sang setait complètement dégueulasse. Ny allez jamais!

Les photos sur expedia n'était obsulement pas ce que la chambre était. Ce n'est pas un 2 étoiles mais aucune étoile. Lors que le trust est brisé, il n'y a rien a faire. Je n'ai pu me faire rembourser même si ce que j'avais demander ne conrespond pas à ce que j'ai demander et réserver. Encore le client est pris là dedans, Expedia ne prend aucune respondabilité et je ne dis riens de l'hôtel. Auncune protection pour se genre de situation pour le client. Je me suis faire avoir, je ne recommende surtout pas l'Hotel et ni expédia qui ne vais rien de leur responsabilité.
