We stayed in the semi-basement and it was quiet. Our room exceeded expectations, we appreciated the mini kitchen, and check in and check out were no trouble at all.

We didn’t like limited accessibility due to not functioning elevator. We also had difficulty with operating TV and cable box - having instructions would be great. Having AC in hallways and stair cases would be helpful especially when climbing four floors up at 40 degrees heat. Loved decor and amenities, beds were excellent, kitchen appliances and laundry were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The property as a whole was lovely, but we wouldn't choose to stay in this room again if given the option. I can't speak for the rest of the rooms, but 155 is right next to the elevators and stairs, and has poor soundproofing, so we could hear everyone coming and going at all times. Also, the bathroom had a barn-style door, which we would have liked to know about beforehand, as it's not our preference. Gorgeous room, but these aspects were not enjoyable for us.

Comfortable beds, very nice rooms and amenities in the room. The location is absolutely perfect - old Quebec is right there, steps away from the funicular, night shows, dining and stores. Parking was easy and not far away. We stayed with two young children (3.5 and 1yr old) and had a great experience. Ice cream connected to the building :)

I booked the most inexpensive room (semi-basement) and was surprised how spacious and nice it was. The bed was super comfortable. It is in the heart of old Quebec so close to everything there. The mini kitchen had a kettle and teas and even a plug in burner with pots/pans very well equipped for a longer stay if you want to cook your own meals. Will Definitely return!

This is a historic building in a great location in Old Quebec. Our main floor room was pretty small with limited space for luggage, but it had a closet and desk with drawers and a small kitchenette and an AMAZING shower. No street parking right by the building and construction across the street currently limits options for unloading luggage. But the cafe in the building will hold luggage for a small fee, so you can arrive anytime and start exploring the city immediately. I would happily stay here again.

The location was exceptional, 2 mins walk to Chateau Fairmont, there is a grocery store Cross Street and plenty of restaurants. The room is clean and spacious, we loved our stay!

Great location in Québec City. Its close to everything. Parked my car in SPAQ parking garage across the street, left it there and walked everywhere. There is construction on the building across the street but it doesnt interfere with hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is lovely. There was a nescafe coffee machine bring more pods if staying longer than 1 night or just walk for coffee in am.
