Construction is currently underway in the neighborhood. Work began in February and is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months. Some activity may occasionally be visible or audible during your stay, mainly on weekdays during the day. In most cases, the impact remains minimal, but we prefer to inform you transparently so your experience matches your expectations.
