This peaceful micro-cabin offers a unique nature experience, perfect for escaping the everyday while remaining close to the city. Located near the Sentiers du Moulin trails, you can enjoy a host of outdoor activities, both summer and winter. The cabin is ideal for 2 to 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 people. Welcome to MIST – a small space cleverly designed for a comfortable and uncompromising stay in the heart of the forest. ***If you plan to visit our home during the winter season (November 1st to April 15th), please note that you will need a car with all-wheel drive (AWD, 4x4) and winter tires to access the property. A shuttle service is also available; please contact the host for more information! Ideal for nature getaways, this mini-retreat offers everything you need in a cozy and well-designed space. 🛋 Living & Kitchen Area: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, basic condiments, and two coffee options – a French press and a Nespresso Vertuo with a milk frother. In the living room, a stool can be used as a seat at the table, and two additional folding chairs are available. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements: One closed bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed. Two double-double bunk beds (in an open area on the ground floor), each with a blackout curtain for added privacy. Each bed includes a niche with USB/USB-C ports for charging your devices, and built-in drawers for storage. 🚿 Bathroom: Full bathroom with a rain shower and hand shower. Towels are provided. 📚 Relaxation Mezzanine: The secure mezzanine is a perfect little corner for children or for relaxing with a good book while admiring the mountain views. 🔥 Atmosphere & Comfort A wood-burning fireplace awaits you in the living room for cozy evenings (firewood provided free of charge). A user guide is available on site. 🪜 Access to Upper Floors The interior features a ladder to access the mezzanine. In case of emergency, you can contact me directly on my phone number. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** WINTER STAYS: During the snowy season, from November 1st to April 15th, an all-wheel drive (AWD, 4x4) vehicle is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to arrange a shuttle service with us. This service must be planned in advance. TAXI and UBER: Due to the location of the house, it is not possible to rely on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are scarce in the area, so it may be difficult, if not impossible, to find transportation, and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We are pleased to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests! To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved free overnight parking spaces so you can safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This location is also our pick-up point. To ensure a smooth experience, simply let us know your expected arrival time, and we will add you to the shuttle schedule. The shuttle service is available at a rate of $50 CAD per trip, or $100 CAD for a round trip to and from the house. We look forward to assisting you with your transportation needs!
