Location was fabulous! This home is right near a ton of restaurants and 20 minutes to the Frontenac. The home is older and very well refurbished. There are things in this home that are quite historic. The layout is a little unusual with the kitchen in the back of the house and living room in the front and bedroom and bathrooms in between. But older homes are quirky and fun. I would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Quebec!

Lovely stay. Easy parking behind the house. Great location and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and old city. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of amenities - towels, soap, shampoo, lots of plugs. Only downside was that the bedrooms were very hot one night (we had no control over the heat), but we found by leaving the bedroom door open, it was much better. I would highly recommend this place.

Convenient location, parking onsite was a plus. Kitchen had adequate utensils for cooking. Showers and bath soaps & shampoo were nice, plenty of hot water. Our party of 5 adults had plenty of room to gather before heading out to explore city. 1st floor unit ment easy access to rear parking for moving bags in and out, but also could hear guests walking up to units above. Didn’t disturb our sleep all beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Temperatures were very cold outside but unit was always warm and comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

Enjoyed a 2 days stay to explore Old Quebec and the Christmas Market. The apartment was in walking distance to explore. Wonderful to have on site parking.

We didn't do a lot of cooking however the wine opener, coffee pot and kettle were in perfect working order! The beds were comfortable, the unit was spotless and the location was perfect. It is a very easy walk to Old Quebec City. We also found a little market about a 10 minute walk that had everything we needed, a formagerie, grocery market, bakery and more. I would definity recommend Les Maisons.

Location, location, location! Great apartment in a fabulous location. We could walk to almost everyplace. Close to restaurants, markets and the Chateau. The Plains of Abraham were steps away. Owner was a dream to work with, such a kind lady. Plenty of room for 5 adults. I would recommend staying here in any season, but fall was stunning.

What a wonderful place! The location was terrific, a short walk down to the lovely neighborhood of Avenue Cartier with the streetside cafes and the excellent market. Literally 100 feet from the front porch to the entrance to the Plains of Ahraham, and for that matter, Ciel, the rooftop restaurant. 15 minutes stroll down into the heart of the Old City.The apartment itself was equally great. Very comfortable, lots of character, absolutely clean and well equipped. Really, would be a tough call to have it go any better, and we will certainly be back.

The suite is perfectly located in Old Quebec City. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were 6 seniors all related. Beds were comfy. We walked everywhere for 3 days and had no need to use the car at all.

Very nice apartment. Excellent location for visiting old Quebec. It should be mentioned that the listing gives the false impression that the laundry facilities and dryer are in the apartment. The fact is that they are down steep stairs in a basement and are only available after 5:00.

This accommodation was absolutely ideal for our family vacation in Quebec City. It was exceptionally clean, featured two bathrooms, and provided everyone with their own room. The park across the street, along with the stunning views, added to the charm. A short stroll into the city allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sights along the 15-minute walk. We were surrounded by delightful restaurants, cafes, and a lovely park. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Parking was conveniently available on-site, and our host was easy to reach when needed. What a wonderful experience we had!

Super Lage, sauber und geräumig

Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme, die Veranda ist toll und die Lage perfekt, um von dort aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu besichtigen. Es ist sehr sauber und bietet eine gute Küchenausstattung (einziges Manko: Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine). Man muss berücksichtigen, dass es ein sehr altes Haus ist und dadurch sehr hellhörig, für uns war das aber völlig ok.

Wonderful roomy place for our party of 6. Extremely clean and Nina was great to deal with for check in and check out. The location was the best in the city with a continuous breeze on the shady front porch or to sit in the Joan of Arc garden in the Plains of Abraham.

First time in Quebec

This was the perfect rental for our family, as we were visiting Quebec for the first time. The check-in process couldn't have been easier. The host answered all our questions and provided some great tips. The location was ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the attractions of the old city. We utilized the hop-on hop-off tour bus and one of the stops was right around the corner. Using the tour bus, we didn't need to drive our car for anything in the city. The unit had a classic charm to it, and met all of our needs. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants to explore the historic section of Quebec.
