「The hotel is absolutely lovely. Love the fact you have use of the waters and they supply towels and spare robes. The rooms were lovely but kinda dark. We asked for a floor lamp and it was no problem in getting one. The only thing is they don’t have a cafe which would be lovely for a morning latte/coffee and pastry instead of having to have breakfast. Also the food at the main restaurant was very disappointing. Not a lot of options so you think the food would be much better. It wasn’t. ...

「Great check-in, check-out. The room was below a comfortable temperature-wise. The check-in person did tell us where to find extra bedding if we needed it and that the hotel had not turned the "heating" on and was still on central AC. I can see how it would be hard to find the ideal time to cross over, but when it's 4-6 degrees out in the AM outside, it should be a no-brainer to turn the heat on :)」

「Rezeption freundlich. Es wird ein Depotbetrag von 500 $ verlangt gegen Vandalismus. Dieser wird der Kreditkarte auch wirklich belastet. Es dauert Tage bis die Rückerstattung erfolgt. Das geht gar nicht!」
