“breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room”

“Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame.”

“The location of this VRBO is awesome. It was perfect for attending a wedding at the paseo. The views were amazing from the patio. The cleanliness however… was poor. There were bugs all over the bathroom. They were caked onto the inside of the bathroom lights. The drawers were not clean. The shower supplies were mediocre. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the bug situation in the bathroom was bad. It ruined this stay for us. ”

“This property was just what we needed for our planned visit to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. It was comfortable for the two of us. It was clean and provided a kitchen, washer and dryer which we did not use for our short stay but it was good that it was available. Thanks Alena for letting us stay at your property. ”
