"Staff were friendly, the King Room was clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower door didn't close so the bath mat was soaked. Lighting in bathroom not enough for shaving and make-up. No place other than a corner on the floor for one suitcase. Had to move furniture for access to power points. Room not big enough fir two people, note it has a 'king' bedç. Great street position. No room service, no water in fridge. Difficult to fill kettle from ver small bathroom sink."

"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"They were incredibly helpful in giving me an early check in as it was possible. Helped me freshen up and make the most of the day’s plans. They also held my luggage on leaving day, which was again helpful. The room view of the beach was fantastic! I couldn’t get the doors to open, so that was the only drawback and I am sure if I had asked I would have got help for that. "

"The room was amazing and was super clean when I first arrived. It did take a couple days of having my room cleaning sign outside my door for the staff to clean it but it wasn’t too big of a deal as I was only one person. The communal kitchen was not too useful as all of the plates, bowls and cutlery were used. The building was overall very clean. The laundry room and roof were nicely maintained and the pac man machine was a great inclusion in the laundry room. I had a lovely stay!"

"Breaakfast was fine; great having a koala eating outside our room! Quite convenient to the city by ferry or bus. some good zoo adventures too."

"The hotel is well situated and is close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. It is, however, a digital hotel, which means there is no staff for check-in, which I found a little problematic. In the end, it worked out. I would stay again."
