「Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free.
