“Very clean , parking great , staff on arrival very friendly . Property quite basic only thing I would have expected would have been glasses, possibly shampoo etc. all in all I would use again ”

“I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared……

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the……

“Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. ”

“Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! ”

“Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. ”

“We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure.……

“Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed.
