The food and service were fantastic. We ate in Nelson’s and the food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Breakfast was also brilliant quality and the staff were great. The restaurant was an amazing space. We used the spa facilities, again, staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was very good. The only slight criticism is that the spa changing rooms/showers could do with an upgrade."
