「一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店」

「住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。」

「This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at Cook Street. It’s a great place to base yourself as it’s in the city centre so you can walk to most attractions. The apartments are very clean, spacious and ideal for a city centre stay. The discounted Q-Park Car Park is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and was less than £10 for 24 hours. We will be looking to book again on our next trip. Highly recommended. 」
